Monthly Membership Terms and Conditions
- Tiptop Express Car Wash, through its subsidiaries doing business as Tiptop Express Car Wash, offers the Unlimited Monthly Club that allows members to subscribe for a monthly membership plan specifying a level of car wash services. The recurring monthly fee depends on the membership plan purchased for each vehicle.
Automatic Recharge
- All Unlimited Monthly Club membership plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
Cancellation
Your Unlimited Monthly Club membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you log into the customer portal and cancel your membership at least 7 days before your monthly billing date. Please go to https://tip-topcarwash.com/ and go to “Manage Membership” form to submit a cancellation request. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage. Tiptop Express Car Wash may terminate your plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
Other Terms
- Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Tiptop Express Car Wash . The RFID tag assigned to your Unlimited Monthly Club membership is good for one vehicle only and must remain securely affixed to the windshield on the driver’s side. Vehicle must meet Tiptop Express Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.Tiptop Express Car Wash reserves the right to terminate Unlimited Monthly Club memberships at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
- Tiptop Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time.
- Tiptop Express Car Wash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades. By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Tiptop Express Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Tiptop Express Car Wash . Membership plan activation is available only through Tiptop Express Car Wash locations. Reactivation can be done at the car wash location .
- Enrollment into the Tiptop Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Promotional price
Membership promotion price is valid for the first month only. During the renewal monthly charges will go back to the regular prices as posted onsite.
